Return Policy

“You or Your” means: (the consumer)

There are no returns accepted when you place an order for a product, except if:

There was an error that occurred due to the manufacturer when you received your product.

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1- Send an email to (fresh0looks@gmail.com).

2- Show a proof of purchase and explain why you want to return the product.

3- If your return is accepted, then follow the provided instructions to proceed with the return.

Note: an accepted return means that you will either get a replacement, (which is the most common case), or you will get a refund, (which is the rare case).
